Telford’s Premier Accident Repair Centre
Autocraft-Telford began life in 1981 when brothers Robert and Colin Fielding started the company at its present location. During the early years relationships with a number of Insurance Companies were built and the excellent reputation that the company now has was created.
In the early years of the new millennium the company passed to Robert’s two sons Darren and Matthew since when, it has grown and developed further with the introduction of contractual agreements with an increased number of insurance companies and the development of partnerships with accident management companies.
Autocraft-Telford also has partnerships with blue chip companies and blue light public bodies.
In 2008 the directors decided that the adoption of the newly created BSI Kitemark for Vehicle Body Repair would be essential to Autocraft’s further development. The accreditation was achieved in 2009 and build upon the excellent quality and safety standards that already existed within the company.
Autocraft-Telford now employs 24 staff trained to the exacting standards required to repair accident damaged vehicles in a quality and just as important safe manner.
The company’s excellent reputation for customer service and the commitment of the directors and staff has enabled the company to expand and gain recognition as a leading Accident Repair Centre.
