I would just like to express my thanks for the work recently carried out on our car following its unfortunate encounter with a very large Victorian gatepost. The courtesy of your staff, both on the telephone and in person, gave me the confidence in the service offered.

I was particularly pleased when a second price for the fitting of a parking sensor was promptly offered, the first being too high. On seeing our car again on its return we could not believe the beautiful condition it was in. Not only had the repair to the rear end been done to the highest professional standard, but the rest of the car had been cleaned and polished too !

I would have no hesitation in recommending Autocraft-Telford to anyone seeking bodywork and paint repairs or the fitting of accessories.

We would like to thank everyone at Autocraft for the fantastic service we received this week. I inadvertently left my purse in the car when it was picked up for repair. I was concerned so phoned you, you informed that it was no problem and not to worry. The purse was removed from the car and placed in a safe until completion. After collecting the car I forgot to collect the purse, just one phone call to your good selves and the purse was being delivered to my home by your driver. What great service.

Once our car was delivered home, on examination, the work was absolutely perfect and had even been valeted which was a surprise to me.

I would just like to thank you once again for a wonderful service and perhaps if a few more garages treated their customers with as much pride as you then there would be a lot more happier people around.
